All of us have seen the pictures. Lean, muscular, attractive-looking guys with 6 pack abs, all their abdominal muscles showing, clearly defined. Gals with flat, athletic-looking midsections. We saw them and could not help but be more than a bit envious. We thought, “Wish I could look like that…!”

Just how hard is it to learn how to get 6 pack abs? Are the training and diet routines really strenuous? What would it cost you in time, effort and money to get 6 pack abs and look like that yourself?
